Return and Refund Policy

Global Trak is pleased to provide a 10-day money back guarantee. We encourage you to keep tracking the devices within 10 days of receiving to ensure you are fully satisfied with your purchase.Please inform us of any order discrepancy or damage within 48 hours of the delivery date. For all refunds, simply return the product in the original packaging complete with all accessories. Refunds will be issued within 7 business days.

Devices must be as originally supplied and in good physical condition to qualify for a refund.

Note: we provide one year warranty for device and six month for watch on GPS tracking devices when covered by the Global Trak service package. Devices covered by the Global Trak Basic service package have the standard one year warranty. Faulty or defective units will be replaced free of charge within these warranty periods.

10-Day Money Back Guarantee If purchaser is not satisfied with purchase, he may return it within 10 days (from delivery date) and receive a refund for the full cost of the hardware less the shipping fees as applicable.

After 10 Days No refunds will be given after 10 days.

Claims Any claim to Global Trak whatsoever shall be deemed waived, unless presented in writing within 10 days of the occurrence that gave rise to said claim.

Return of damaged or non-operational units If you have received a defective or damaged product, or if the product is faulty to function correctly after installation, please return it immediately for exchange or testing. If a device is deemed to be defective, we will ship you a refurbished unit free of charge. We are not responsible for any loss or damage to products in shipping from your location to our Head office.
